Camera input (used only to record 3D facial motion)

Motion sensor data (used only for 3D viewing effects)
This data is not collected, stored, or transmitted to our servers.
Data Storage
All recordings and 3D messages are:
Created on your device
Stored locally or shared only by the user
Not uploaded to any Pine3 Systems servers
Face Data
Facial movement data is used only to generate 3D animations.
We do not perform facial recognition.
We do not identify users.
We do not create biometric profiles.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Apple-provided services only, including:
App Store billing (for subscriptions)
Apple device APIs (camera, audio, motion)
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13.
No personal data is knowingly collected from children.
Your Control
You control all recordings and content created in the App.
You may delete content at any time.
