HoloPhone, HoloMail, and HoloMovie (“the App”) respect your privacy.

About the crash log first: No, it's not a privacy issue as long as it stays on the device and is never uploaded anywhere. A local-only crash log is fine and you don't need to mention it in the Privacy Policy or delete the feature. Privacy rules only apply to data that leaves the device. Confirm your code never uploads crash_log.txt to any server — if it doesn't, you're fine. Keep it; it's useful for debugging.

If you want extra safety, you can mention it briefly in the policy, which I'll do below.

HoloPhone, HoloMail, and HoloMovie ("the App") respect your privacy.

Information We Process

The App may process the following information locally on your device:

• Camera input (used only to record 3D facial motion and capture your appearance for HoloMovies, and to photograph objects for custom HoloMojis)

• Microphone input (used only to record audio for your HoloMovies)

• Motion sensor data (used only for 3D viewing effects)

Except as described in the "Third-Party Services" section below, this data is not collected, stored, or transmitted to our servers.

Data Storage

All recordings, 3D messages, and credit balances are:

• Created on your device

• Stored locally on your device (your credit balance is also backed up via Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store, under your own Apple ID)

• Shared only by you, at your discretion

• Not uploaded to any Pine3 Systems servers

A local crash log file may be written to your device for debugging purposes. This file is stored only on your device and is never uploaded or transmitted anywhere.

Face Data

Facial movement data is used only to generate 3D animations within the App.

• We do not perform facial recognition.

• We do not identify users.

• We do not create biometric profiles.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following services:

Apple-provided services:

• App Store billing (for in-app purchases / consumable credits)

• Apple device APIs (camera, microphone, motion sensors)

• iCloud Key-Value Store (for backing up your credit balance)

TripoAI (3D model generation): The App uses TripoAI (https://www.tripo3d.ai/), a third-party 3D generation service, in two cases:

1. Custom 3D bust: When you choose to create a custom 3D bust of yourself, the App sends a single photo of your face to TripoAI to generate a personalized 3D model.

2. Custom HoloMoji: When you choose to create a custom HoloMoji, the App sends a single photo of the object you photographed to TripoAI to generate a 3D model of that object.

In both cases, the upload is initiated only at your explicit request, when you tap to create the custom bust or HoloMoji. The image is used solely to generate the 3D model. Please review TripoAI's privacy policy at https://www.tripo3d.ai/privacy for details on how they handle this data.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with any other third parties.

Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any users, including children. All data processing happens locally on the user's device, except for the explicit TripoAI features described above.

Your Control

You control all recordings and content created in the App. You may delete content at any time directly within the App.
